Tahini Satay Sauce

Tahini is made from sesame seeds making it high in vitamins and nutrients, healthy fats and protein. Unlike peanuts, tahini is not a common cause of allergic reactions, making it a good alternative in this satay sauce.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup filtered water
1 tbsp tamari sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 clove garlic, grated
1 tsp honey
1tsp fresh ginger, grated

Method:
Add ingredients to a glass jar and stir or shake till combined.
