These energy balls are the best snack ever! If you can control yourself and eat only 2 or 3 or 4 balls you gonna feel that quick energy made from real food.
Raw Matcha energy balls are really easy and quick to make. The matcha tea has a strong flavour so it's better to start with a little amount until you find your preference.
Matcha tea is high in antioxidants, boost concentration and memory, increase energy levels, detoxifies the body and has a positive effect on cholesterol.
1 ½ cups almonds
½ cup Brazil nuts
½ cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup dates (pitted)
½ cup desiccated coconut
3 tbsp. raw cacao powder
2 tbsp. hemp seeds
2 tsp. matcha tea
1 tsp. vanilla powder
Blend almonds, Brazil nuts, pumpkin seeds in a food processor. Add the coconut, cacao, hemp seeds, vanilla and matcha tea. Blend again adding the dates until fully mixed. Roll the mixture into small balls and coat them with raw cacao powder or desiccated coconut. Keep it in a glass jar or airtight container.
